Services
Services customers book rather than buy.
Services are things customers book rather than buy — a haircut, a massage, a consultation, a lesson, a repair. Switch on Services (and Appointments, so customers can book them) in Features, then open Services.
Your plan sets how many services you can have: Free 3, Pro 10, Premium 30.
Add a service
Press Add service:
| Name | What customers choose, e.g. “Cut & blow-dry”. Required. |
| Description | What’s included, who it’s for, anything to bring. |
| Price | Optional. Leave blank for a free service (e.g. a free consultation). |
| Duration (minutes) | How long it takes. It’s shown next to the service, and long services take more of the day. Set 0 to hide the length from customers. |
| Status | Active — bookable. Hidden — not offered (for example while a staff member is away). |
Press Create.
Making services bookable
- Switch on Appointments in Features.
- Set your working hours and slot length in Bookings → Hours & holidays.
- On Premium, add staff and tick which services each person offers.
- Check Bookings → Availability to see the times customers will get.
Example: a salon with “Cut” (30 min), “Colour” (90 min) and “Cut & colour” (120 min), a 30-minute slot interval and two stylists, each offering their own services.
