Introduce a friend

Know other business owners who could use PiggoChat? Introduce them with your store’s own code and earn cashback for every one who becomes a paying customer.

Your introduce code

Once your store is on a paid plan (Pro or Premium), it gets its own code, like PIGGO-AB12C. It’s also in your welcome email. Find it under Settings → Referral (store owners only).

Free and trial stores see “Earn by introducing friends” instead — the code appears once you upgrade.

Share it

• Copy code — for friends who sign up themselves; they type it in the code box.
• Copy invite link — a link to the free trial with your code already filled in. Send it by message, email or post it on social media.

“Used by” shows how many stores have signed up with your code.

How you earn

1. A friend signs up with your code — on the free trial or a paid plan. They appear as a pending friend.
2. When they pay for a plan, they become a paid friend and ₱100 cashback is added to your balance.
3. Your code never expires and works for any number of friends.

The page shows your Total earned, Available (ready to withdraw) and Withdrawn / pending, plus a bar showing how many more paid friends you need to reach the ₱500 minimum.

Withdraw your cashback

1. When you have at least ₱500 available, press Withdraw.
2. Choose an amount: ₱500, ₱1,000, ₱1,500, ₱2,000 or ₱5,000 (only amounts up to your balance are offered).
3. Enter your bank name, account number and account holder name.
4. Press Request withdrawal.

We transfer the money to your bank account and mark the withdrawal as paid. You can follow each request in the Withdrawals list. Payouts are by bank transfer only.

Know shop owners but don’t need a store yourself? The Partner program pays 10% of each new shop’s first payment instead.
