Payments
How customers pay you.
Sales tools → Payments sets how customers pay you. It’s available on Pro and above. On the Free plan customers see your catalogue and contact you to arrange the order and payment themselves.
Cash on delivery
Customers pay in cash when the order arrives, when they pick it up, or when they visit for a booking. It’s on by default.
- Turn the Accept cash on delivery switch off if you don’t want to accept cash. It saves immediately.
- When the customer pays, open the order in Orders and switch it to Paid (or set the status to Confirmed). The customer gets a receipt in the chat.
- For bookings, use the Paid switch in Appointments.
Card payments with Stripe (coming soon)
On Premium you’ll be able to connect your own Stripe account. When it’s available:
- customers pay by card at checkout, in the chat or on your web shop;
- orders are confirmed automatically the moment they’re paid, and the receipt is sent for you;
- the money goes straight to your own Stripe account — PiggoChat never holds it.
The Connect Stripe button is already on the page but isn’t active yet. We’ll let you know when it is.
