PiggoChat does a lot, but most businesses only need part of it. You choose what your store offers:
each feature you switch on appears in three places — your dashboard menu, your customers’ chat menu
and your web pages. Switch it off and it disappears from all three (your data is kept).
A new store starts with only the basics on, so the bot shows just your store information until you add more.
Switch features on or off
Open Settings → Features.
Turn the switches on or off.
Press Save. Nothing changes until you do; you’ll see “Features updated”.
If Instagram is connected, open the Instagram page and press Sync menu to Instagram.

Features and your plan
Features your plan doesn’t include are dimmed and labelled “not in your … plan”. For example, on Free
you can’t switch on Orders or Appointments; on Pro, Coupons and Delivery areas are locked. Upgrade from Subscription to unlock them.
