Delivery areas
Where you deliver and what it costs.
Sales tools → Delivery (Premium) sets where you deliver and how much delivery costs in each area. At checkout, customers choose or enter their area and the fee is added to their total.
- Customers outside your areas can’t check out with delivery.
- Leave the list empty to deliver anywhere, free of charge.
Pick areas from the list
- Enter a Default fee first. Every area you tick afterwards gets this fee.
- Tick the areas you deliver to. Each one is added to the Delivery areas list below.
- Adjust the fee of any area in the list — for example, more for areas further away.
- Press Save delivery areas.
Example: set the default fee to 300, tick the central areas, then change the fee to 500 for the outer areas in the list.
The area picker for your currency
The picker matches your store currency (set in Store profile):
Japan (yen)
Choose a region (北海道, 関東, 近畿…) and tick prefectures, or Select all for the whole region.
Philippines (pesos)
Choose a region (e.g. NCR, CALABARZON) and tick cities and municipalities, or select the whole region. The region list shows how many areas you’ve already chosen in each.
India (rupees)
- Choose a state or union territory on the left.
- Choose a district. Tick Deliver to all of … to add every PIN code in it, or the district’s checkbox in the list.
- Or tick individual PIN codes — each is shown with the names of its post offices (they load after a moment), so you can recognise the area.
- Not sure where an area is? Search by district, area name or a 6-digit PIN code.
On a phone, state and district become two drop-downs above the PIN list.
US dollars and other currencies
There’s no list — add each area by hand (below).
Add an area by hand
Press Add area and fill in the row: the postal code or area customers will enter, an optional name to recognise it, and the fee. Remove a row with the bin icon. Remember to press Save delivery areas.
