Create your store, set your password and open the dashboard.
What is PiggoChat?
PiggoChat turns your Instagram DMs and Facebook Messenger into a complete shop. When a customer messages your account, a chatbot answers straight away with a menu of what you offer — your products, your restaurant menu, your services and booking times, your offers and your store information. Customers can browse, order, book a time or reserve a table and pay without ever leaving the chat.
Everything they do lands in your dashboard at app.piggochat.com: orders, bookings, messages and sales. You manage your catalogue, prices, opening hours and delivery areas there too, from a computer or your phone.
A typical customer journey looks like this:
- A customer sends your Instagram account a message, or taps a link to your shop.
- The bot replies with your menu — for example Products, Book an appointment, Offers, About us.
- They pick items, choose delivery or pickup, enter their details and confirm.
- You get the order in your dashboard (and a notification on your phone), and the customer gets a confirmation in the chat.
- As you update the order — confirmed, shipped, delivered — the customer is told automatically.
Create your store
You create your store yourself on the PiggoChat website — it takes about a minute and you don’t have to wait for us. There are two ways to start.
Option A — free 14-day trial (recommended)
The trial gives you every Premium feature for 14 days, with no card and no commitment.
- Open piggochat.com and choose Start free trial.
- Fill in your store name (what customers will see), your name, a contact number and your email. The email becomes your login.
- If someone gave you a code, enter it in Introduce or partner code (see below).
- Press Start my free trial. Your store is created immediately.
- Open the email from us and press Set your password. Choose a password of at least 8 characters.
- Sign in and follow the quick start checklist.
When the 14 days are over, your store moves to the Free plan automatically. Nothing is deleted — your products, orders and settings all stay. Features that Free doesn’t include are simply paused until you upgrade. You can upgrade at any moment during or after the trial from Settings → Subscription.
Option B — choose a plan and pay
- Open the pricing page and compare the plans.
- Choose Monthly or Annual (annual is billed at 11 months — one month free) and press the plan’s button.
- Fill in your store details. The summary on the right shows what you’ll pay today.
- Press Continue to payment and pay by card on Stripe’s secure page.
- You land on a welcome page, and we email you a link to set your password.
Choosing the Free plan creates your store straight away with no payment.
Your country and currency
The country button at the top of the website decides which prices you see and which currency your store uses:

We guess your country on your first visit; press the button to change it. Your store also takes the time zone of the device you sign up on, so booking times are correct. You can change the currency, language and time zone later in Store profile.
Codes at signup
There is one code box at signup. It accepts two kinds of code:
PGREF-…is a partner code. On a paid plan it takes 10% off your first payment. On the trial it’s saved and the discount applies when you upgrade.PIGGO-…is another store’s introduce code. It doesn’t change your price, but it thanks the store that told you about PiggoChat with cashback once you’re on a paid plan.
A link from a partner or friend fills the code in for you.
Set your password
For your security we never send a password by email — only a link to choose your own. The link from signup is valid for 7 days.
- Can’t find the email? Look in your spam or promotions folder, and search for “PiggoChat”.
- Link expired? Use Forgot your password? on the sign-in page to get a new one.
- Still nothing? Write to cs@piggochat.com from the email you signed up with.
Sign in
- Go to app.piggochat.com (bookmark it, or install it as an app — see below).
- Enter your email and password, then press Sign in.
- You arrive on your dashboard.
Forgot your password? Press Forgot your password?, enter your email and press Send reset link. Open the link within 1 hour and choose a new password. For privacy, the page always says the link is on its way, even if the email isn’t registered.
Staff with their own login (see Team) sign in the same way with the email and password you created for them.
Use it like an app
The dashboard works in any browser, and you can also install it so it opens like a normal app, full screen, from your home screen or dock:
- Chrome or Edge (computer or Android): open app.piggochat.com and press the install icon at the right of the address bar (or Install app in the browser menu).
- iPhone or iPad: open app.piggochat.com in Safari, press Share, then Add to Home Screen.
