Coupons and offers
Discount codes and time-limited offers.
Sales tools → Coupons (Premium) creates discount codes. Customers enter the code at checkout — in the chat or on your web shop — and the discount is taken off their total. Live offers are also listed in the chat menu, so customers can find them without knowing the code.

One use per customer
Each customer can use a coupon once. The same Instagram / Messenger account or the same phone number counts as the same customer, so a second try is refused with “You’ve already used this coupon”. If the order or booking is cancelled, the customer can use the coupon again. A different coupon can still be used once.
Customers only see coupons where they can use them: the web shop shows product coupons, the booking page shows booking coupons, and the chat’s Offers list groups every coupon by where it works.
Managing coupons
The list shows each code with its discount, where it applies, the minimum order and the dates. Coupons can’t be edited — to change one, delete it and create it again. Delete expired coupons to keep the list tidy.
When a customer uses a coupon, it’s shown on the order or booking (and the receipt), so your team knows a discount was applied.
