Products

Add products with photos, stock and variants.

Products are what customers buy from you. They appear in the chat menu and, on Premium, on your own web shop. Switch on Products in Features, then open Products.

How many you can have depends on your plan: Free 3, Pro 10, Premium 30. When you reach the limit, the Add product button tells you.

The product list

Each row shows the photo, name, price, stock and status. A product on sale shows the sale price, the crossed-out original price and the discount, or “Sale scheduled” / “Sale ended”. Use the pencil to edit and the bin to delete (deleting can’t be undone — to stop selling something for now, set it to Hidden instead).

Add a product

Press Add product and fill in the sections:

Product details

NameWhat customers see, e.g. “Linen shirt”. Required, up to 140 characters.
DescriptionDetails shown on the product and shop page. Use bold, italics and lists to make it easy to scan — materials, sizes, care, what’s included.

Media

Free and Pro: one photo. Premium: up to 5 photos — the first is the cover shown in lists; use the arrows to reorder. PNG, JPEG, WebP and GIF work; large photos are resized automatically.

Pricing

PriceThe normal selling price. If every size or colour has its own price, leave this blank and the lowest is shown.
Sale priceOptional lower price. The page shows the discount, e.g. “20% off”.
Sale starts / Sale endsOptional dates to run a sale automatically, e.g. a weekend promotion. Leave blank and the sale price applies until you remove it.

Status, inventory and shipping

StatusActive — on sale. Hidden — not shown to customers. Out of stock — shown but can’t be bought.
SKUYour own product code (optional).
StockHow many you have. It goes down with each order, and the product shows sold out at 0. Not shown when you use variants — stock is then per variant.
Weight (grams)Optional, for your shipping.

Press Create (or Save when editing).

Sizes, colours and stock (Premium)

Sell one product in several sizes and colours, each with its own price, stock and photo.

  1. Sizes — type a size and press Enter (e.g. M, 40, 500ml), or use the quick buttons XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL, Free.
  2. Colours or types — press Add colour / type for each one, e.g. Red, Navy, Cotton. Add a photo for each colour so customers see what they’re choosing. Colour is optional — for sizes only, keep a single row with no name.
  3. Price and stock — fill in a price and stock for every size in each row. Leave a price blank to use the product price.

Example: a T-shirt in Red and Navy, sizes S / M / L, gives 6 variants — each with its own stock, so “Navy L” can sell out while the others stay available. A sale price takes the same percentage off every variant.
